Strategic Alliances for Mutual Success
As
technology advances, companies often find themselves offering specialized
products and services. Commercial success, however, may depend on
successfully identifying and partnering with other market participants,
including suppliers and resellers, vendors of complementary products
and services, and other companies with similar target markets. This
workshop is designed to assist companies in identifying potential
strategic allies, and in structuring those alliances in an effective
way.
